If I could give zero stars I would the experience was horrible manager unprofessional wouldn’t come and tell me themselves about bad order. I have ate an American deli in many different states this by far has been the worst.

Worst fast food place I’ve been to poor customer service ..!! Lady name licenia A took my order very nasty attitude it was on a Friday 7/25 they were very busy she was frustrated and talking with anger to customers. My order was completely wrong and she was very up set let alone so many people were coming back because their order was mess up . I will never come back to this place . If customers if not you lane please find something that fits you . I also requested a refund

I called to place a simple order for a Philly cheese steak just now( August 15, 2025) 2:40 pm. The young lady got an attitude with me because she couldn’t hear me. She kept repeating herself and talking over me. I got to the point where I was uncomfortable placing the order so I canceled. I don’t want anyone in food service making my food that speaks like that. Can’t trust them. Unfortunate because the location in Pearland is awesome and wanted to give this one a try…

The food was surprisingly amazing. I had the wet garlic parm wings and fries. The my daughter had the Philly cheesesteak and of course I had a bite😁. Its just that the place was crowded and loud. Oh and staff were helpful and patient.

The reason I gave a bad review for this is because this is my first time experience in this place an order on May 2nd 2025 to be delivered by 6:00 upon receiving my food I ordered the Philly cheese steak it was really bad it was dry and it doesn't look like a a Philly cheesesteak also ordered two drinks to my big red strawberry soda or whatever you want to call it looking like somebody had drink out of it so I threw it in the trash I would never order food from there again if this is the type of experience you get from this place it's not worth the price I paid a total of $39.79 and was not pleased with my order it wasn't any use contacting Uber eats cuz they full of s***
