★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I used to go this place for couple of years but now it’s seems that they are much busy and popular no more good and fresh food and as well as good service here :(Also I noticed they always charge you extra bill than what you have been served… be careful to check your bill.I noticed they charge us 2-3 times extra $10-15 extra and when I tried to check food price on the menu the employee says the menu is not updated and the real prices are higher than the menu shows which does not make sense, I mean why would you have out dated menu while you are a 5 star restaurant and very busy… I believe this is HARAM for a Muslim business to charge extra bill and then make up stories and not admit the mistake and return the money back, I am very disappointed from such halal place to cheat on you for few extra doller:(
August 22 · Paiman PaimanIt's a great place and the food tastes different they are very friendly the restaurant is very simple but the food is divine it's amazing I travel an hour to get there it's worth it
December 21 · Ahmed AllamiProbably the worst food I have tried in this area. It was hard to tell which was worse, was it the food or the service! For the price it is, you guys can do better. At least provide plates and spoons to the customers. Don’t waste your time and money here!
March 08 · AnwerThis is one of my favorite spots to eat in NYC. The food is excellent and everyone there is so nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, they have problems with hygiene.1. Some of the workers there would be touching their mouths, playing with their masks, and then serving you the food.2. One of the employees was wearing very dirty clothes with food and oil stuck on the shirt.3. The tea machine that serves complimentary tea for customers is a great idea, but again, there is mold smell coming out from the tea. They should clean the machine before serving complimentary tea for customers.4. They place the uncooked chicken on the floor? I mean, COME ON. You do not ever do that. (Refer to the attached picture)This makes me worry even more about how clean the kitchen is from inside.I will remove this review once the manager/owner responds back to my review and assures us in the response that they will take strict measurements when it comes to hygiene because I don't want to affect their business.I love this place, but I get disappointed with the hygiene.
October 02 · Jim WalshSo good Yemeni food I’d say best on the block. Busy atmosphere, not the greatest choice for a fine dining experience but foods great.
