★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1On two different occasions this business has exhibited unprofessionalism and true lack of customer service.June 23rd-I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had today. I placed a simple food order well before my lunch break, expecting it to arrive in a timely manner. Instead, it took 2.5 hours for the delivery to be completed with no communication or updates about the delay until I reached out myself.Because of this, I completely missed my lunch break and didn’t even get to enjoy the food I paid for. To make matters worse, after keeping a customer waiting that long, there was no apology, no complimentary item, or any gesture to make up for the inconvenience. This is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of regard for customers’ time and experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your communication and service recovery forward. On August 6th-I placed an order at 6:35 PM and by 9:46 PM, I still had not received my food. When the DoorDash driver finally arrived, a verbal argument broke out between the driver and a representative from this business. Shockingly, the rep refused to hand over the delivery to the driver — but did call me to inform me of the situation.Despite multiple attempts to contact the business and get an update, I received no clear answers for nearly an hour. This is not just poor customer service — it’s completely unacceptable. I spent over three hours waiting with no resolution. I will not be ordering from here again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before doing so.
August 06 · Crystal AAvoid with all cost!! Same as all other reviews!! They take so long to prepare the food that dashers leaveeeeeeeeee. 2 dashers waited for them and left with no food!I waited over 2 hours for a door dash order! That was never actualized.
July 31 · Xianne PeynadoI order from this restaurant once a day and I am completely obsessed. The food is always made hot & fresh and my order is always made within 5 minutes. The meat is plentiful as well, and I always get more food than I can finish. The turkey comes stewed on top and the plantain is soft as well as the rice. I would recommend this place to anyone that lives in Houston as a choice for Nigerian Cuisine. You will not be disappointed.
February 21 · Dion OlumeseIf I could leave 0 stars I would, this place accepted my order on DoorDash and had several drivers come to pick up the order (only for them to leave after waiting) with no intentions of fulfilling the order. They never reached out to me or never canceled my order. 3 drivers went and left before I realized an hour and a half had passed, I called them and they lied, saying they reached out to me but I had no incoming or missed calls. They accepted my order knowing that they had no intentions of fulfilling it. Typical!
July 15 · Alisha hanzyI purchased this yam chips and to my disbelief, this is $15 plus tax nearly $20 at a gas station plus it was burnt and the most upsetting thing I also purchased soup with no chicken and it the soup came with all chicken. The ticket pacifically said no chicken and he recommended beef or fish. I called and the person I spoke to said that he wasn’t the one that did the food but he will send me my refund. I’m waiting to see if it comes if it doesn’t I’ll have an updated review.
