HS This is NOT how one should feel about BK when ordering from the menu. Two non English speakers in a predominantly Latino and AA community are on the mic taking orders half assed like it was an absolute joke to talk to the people and I asked her if she was messing with me because she was trying really hard to piss me off. On purpose when ordering she’d stop and then tell me she can’t hear me and then makes me repeat myselfMultiple times; four times I attempted to talk to her and the other side fell silent and ignored what was said and asks me to repeat it again. I’m screaming right now as I am writing this“And then???” It was like that horrible movie scene. Second person goes to order and he too gets the repeat yourself I didn’t hear you. She had NO idea of the menu or products and topping off this lovely visit to BK. The menu screen was broken. Stuck on one image. Drink Menu stuck and of course one needs to recall then what needs to be ordered off the top of one’s head and she’s messing with customers in their cars on purpose.So we eat. Chicken nuggets are dried ass pucks of almost mushed jerky with a coating. Both orders of nugs were nasty. So they wrecked the batch and seemed to the both of us that the nuggets were left out over time before service.The whoppers were good messy and classic as expected to be. But god damn the people working there need to be trained by corporate and I’m calling them to complain as well.

While the restaurant itself appears to be pretty new and they've replaced the previous staff that appeared intoxicated at times, the food STILL takes forever to be prepared both at the drive thru and inside the restaurant. Here's a Pic of the "Big Fish" I received. Not only is it not big it was either burnt or old. I went on ahead and ate what I could without choking on the hard bits to avoid a second trip to the counter for the cheese I requested. Mind you, I only took two bites before I had to capture it as a reminder NOT to order this again. Here. While understand the smaller size is more cost effective, they could not overcook it. I and most people I know avoid this location because aside from the wait, you just never know if you're going to get what you pay for.

I don't know if the staff at this location is not paying attention or just do not give a damn what the customer is ordering, but they never get it right. This is the 4th time that I ordered food from the drive thru and they get it wrong. I stated my order several times they marked it on the receipt correctly and still messed up my order. This is the last time that I will be buying anything from BK.

This place is always getting the orders wrong. Whether ordering in person or through uber eats they still get the order wrong plus the presentation is bad. The food all over inside the bag. I’m allergic the mayo and I always order plain sandwiches and they don’t bother to look at the way people like to have their food done. If you want your food done right go to another Burger King
