Hello, so first off the cashier and front end team were amazing . They were polite understanding and patience and explained the small sandwich deal clearly and didn’t rush for me to choose. I work near the mall and have dietary restrictions so I toke a chance here. I have to be honest it was filling , service was quick and effective and it was under 10$ but the meat to bread ratio wasn’t good. I would have liked more chicken . The time was midday on Sunday during the holiday crunch so I get that they only have so much for the day but the image I toke is different than advertisements. Also if there could be a gluten free bread or whole wheat options that would be amazing. The type of bread use made me bloated.

The cashier was so rude to us. She didn’t even greet us or ask us what we wanted. She just death stared us until we told her what we wanted. It was so awkward. Next she was laughing and smiling idk if she was flirting with her coworker or what but she turned to us and her smile faded. We didn’t even do anything. We said thank you and in return we got silent treatment and she smacked the bag of food on the counter and left. She needs to get it together. ALSO SHE PUT MY CHEESE ONLY ON ONE SIDE OF MY FRIES AND LIKE THREE OF THEM WERE COVERED IN CHEESE AND THE REST WERE BLAND. Don’t come here….

The food is good, the Atmosphere is a fast paced. Good customer service and get customers in and out with thier orders. I will be back to try other foods. I went there this past Sunday had the new black pepper corn Philly cheese steak sandwich and bacon 🥓 cheese fries and watermelon lemonade

The service was excellent. The food was very good wit the best strawberry lemonade I had in a long time. It should advertise as a takeout place with those tiny baby chairs smfh.

Had a great experience at Charley's. Lotta tasty options in this food court but this one looked extra clean and the employees looked happy. The food was delicious to top it off. They missed the upsell on a soda but that's another way of deflecting the blame off me for forgetting the soda. Back I go.
