Ordered two spicy south west salad under Sky (even misspelled into Sty in silver SUV) in the drive through when home the drive home is 45min to 50 min away to see my order was wrong got the wrong salads! Tried calling no answer this isn’t even the first time this happened had to call a couple times to get a team member luckily I was able to get told to return within 7 days and to pick up a replacement I really looked forward to my salad 🥲 but thankfully I can look forward to lunch salads thank you! When I pass by for work thank you 🙏🏻

Very bad grilled chicken nuggets not fully cooked and just thrown in a bowl. That’s not what the picture shows please start serving properly if you charge so much for crappy nuggets $14

Curbside pickup has forgotten my order twice now. Both times I’ve waited 20 minutes before I have to go inside and get my order myself! The app estimates a 3-10 minute wait for a sweet tea and a bag of ice which I purchased both times. The app tracker even turns off because I’ve been waiting so long. DO BETTER!

Kudos to the chef. The Mac n cheese was the BEST I've had from any Chick FIL A. Frosted coffee and chicken sandwich was on point. The perfect meal has been achieved! Oh and FYI, make sure to use the app. You'll thank me later 😉

It's a bit of a wait for drive thru but worth it. The grilled chicken nuggets were perfect and juicy, and love criss cross cut fries were perfect. The house sauce was delicious, but I also got a purple packaged sauce that was on the sweeter side and went well with the nuggets and fries.
