The rice and peas which they call rice and beans come to balls of rice; the oxtails and lamb chops are tough ; the lemon pepper wings are regular fried wings like Kennedys fried chicken with no flavor. Jerk pasta didn’t taste like jerk just bland. Oxtail Mac and cheese is just Mac and cheese with the meat on top I thought it would be mixed in. The collard greens were ok just super big leafs. Fried shrimp was basic. I am an actual chef and cook this kind of cuisine bc I to am from the Caribbean but this place is NOT it! SAVE YOUR MONEY! 100$ down the drain!

The chilcken bites are good, but they were salty .The mac n cheese is drowned with black pepper. It isn't regular baked Mac n cheese. It's more like Alfredo. The juices are sweet. You have to add water to it.My husband said the lamb chops were cooked well and tasted really good

Tried this spot for the first time after a few friends recommended it—and wow, it did NOT disappoint. The service was super friendly, and the food was amazing—honestly some of the best we’ve had in a while. We’re both big foodies; we’re always on the lookout for new favorites, and this place just made the list. Can’t wait to come back!

The fried chicken wings tasted like the batter was not seasoned, and the actual chicken needed a little bit more seasoning. Also, they were kinda burnt, and it tasted like burnt oil. The jerk pasta was ok, the chicken tenders were actually good, and the empanadas were packed, but the chicken one was dry. That's why they got the 2 stars. However, the mac and cheese had a weird taste, it was not cheesy, and it was bland, definitely not what I saw on the pictures, maybe I caught them on a bad day but a restaurant should have consistency. The pepper steak only tasted like they put some salt and added the bell peppers. Also, the size on the mac and cheese is not worth the price. The container is literally smaller than my hand. I also asked for sauce on the side just so I can try it before putting it on the chicken, and honestly, it tastes like Kraft bbq sauce.

Today was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I ordered the Chicken Tender Plate with Mac & Cheese, Jerk Pasta and Sweet Thai sauce. I must say the food was very tasty 😋 however, I was expecting the mac & cheese to be…. Idk cheesy with a nice consistency, it was really stiff, possibly too much flower used in the rue ? The chicken tenders with the sweet Thai sauce was immaculate 👩🏽‍🍳💋 and the jerk pasta was absolutely my favorite out of everything! Also, I got a lot of food for the price! Now I have leftovers for tomorrow 😋❤️ Can’t wait to try another dish from this restaurant!
