Recently stopped by this location to pick up some dessert to surprise my family with some sweet DQ treats.Between the faulty working speaker and the bad customer service, we received this was not a good visit.The person taking the orders was very short and snappy with the way she was talking to me, a customer.If your equipment isn't working you either get it fixed or put a sign to tell you people to pull up to the window.Needless to say that I'm not going to go to this location anymore and make the drive to the one in Humble.

I just had one of the worst experiences at this Dairy Queen location. As I pulled up to the order screen, the young man taking the order was very short and rude with me. For no reason. Almost as if he didn't want to take my order. I was inches from going off on him. That's how bad it was. However, I decided to bring it here to google instead. Jocelyn, who at the window took my payment, would not give me his name for some reason. Maybe bc she knows this is how whoever he was, treats customers rudely, and thinks it's okay. She would NOT give me a name, which is only helping keep the problem unchecked and continuous. I probably will never come back to this location and would admonish others not to either until they implement some professional coaching for their employees. Awwwweful experience.And Jocelyn, fyi... the managers and GMs will know who took my order regardless of whether you wanted to divulge it or not.

I will return again to give them another try however the appearance of the store could have been much better I did ask for fresh food apparently they don't cook with seasoned I said no season no salt or season on the fries and no seasoning salt on the meat they say they don't cook with seasoned I find that hard to believe or fast food establishment that does not cook with any type of salt to season and will give them another try hopefully next time they will improve always remember hand-washing plays a big part in helping keeping germs like covid-19 down
