Affordable Pricing: With burek slices at an affordable price and whole pies available for a reasonable cost, it's a great value for money. This makes it an accessible option for daily meals and satisfying cravings.

August 23 · Walter LipmanCrispy & flaky with a generous amount of beef. Hands down best Burek in NYC. You know it’s legit when the mother’s & grandmothers in the back preparing the food. 5 stars all around.
May 21 · V KastI tried the spinach & cheese and meat burek. Both were delicious and flaky. I wish we had gotten a whole pie! The woman at the counter was really nice and patient in explaining the Albanian drinks they also sell there. We'll definitely return soon.
March 22 · Stephanie Jean-SternBureks are super fire. This place sometimes gets crazy busy. It’s a small no frills spot but definitely one of my favorite places to eat in the area. The meat burek is good but I think I like the spinach and cheese more. Would highly recommend if you haven’t tried it already.
May 28 · angel rosarioThe spinach and cheese burek is extraordinary. When it comes fresh out of the oven, its a explosion of flavor and warmth. We also had the cheese burek - also tasty but perhaps not as much as the spinach and cheese one. The place has a limited menu (including homemade yogurt) but each item on the menu is super delicious. The folks at the counter are very kind and friendly. If you are ever in the area visiting the Bronx zoo or the Botanical gardens, this is definitely the place to grab dinner. The place is tiny with around 5 tables and very bare-bones decor, but the bureks are worth it. They are $5 each. A whole burek pie costs $20.
