El Placer restaurant Reviews
Food its really good But service its super Poor.I’ve been dealing with guests and costumer services for years. Long Story Short I used to come to this restaurant About 4 times a week during lunch or dinner , always been a super patient costumer as i mentioned this its my field always been polite and super friendly to each of the personnel here. I called for a delivery today at 1:19 pm i live about 10 mins walk from the restaurant. Mind you i customized my order the delivery guy called me 2:10 to confirm address apparently he was having a hard time finding it . 10 mins went by i called the delivery guy but he wasnt picking up i tried several times. Called back the restaurant and they also said he wasnt neither picking up on their side. The lady at the restaurant said to give her a lil while untill she gets to talk to the guy. 10 mins later he calls again asking for the address. Which surprises me because now days everyone has GPS on their phone. The guy never showed up. Now its 3:15 i called the restaurant and the lady tells me the guy came back with the money and that the order has been delivered. I tried explaining my frustration and all she said was that the order was paid for and if i wanted her to re-make everything over because she didn’t have the time or patient to deal with this! Like Whatttts???
June 10 · N MI have been going to this place for about 8 month at least 4 days out of the week & normally the food is good & the service although slow at least everyone is polite however I've recently went in there & bought some Arepas De Yuca only to get Arepa De Maiz which is Corn & Arepa De Yuca mixed with Guineos bananas. Why is this so messed up? Because people are allergic to diffrent things for them to deny this is just to big of a LIE for me to do nothing.. Why

March 04 · Erick “Maverick” EstradaFood wise its good. But will deff be honest not suggesting it to anybody. The lady that usually be there in the morning its sooooo rudee. (Light skin complexion, in the mid’s 30’s)Sometimes theres a dark skin girl that tends to be sweet but during breakfast will not recommend!
June 14 · N NPlace is tiny. Prices are ok. My coffee & food were cold & 6 hours later I’m still sick from ingesting their food.
