Back! 2nd visit. If you are in a hurry or looking for a good salad to take back to the office. This is the place! Right size & fair price, several choices.Inside needs a remodel desperately.

Food was great and staff was super friendly and helpful! I am not usually a fast food eater, but I will do this one again! I wish you still had the salsa bar and tropical tea! That would make it a 5⭐!

Beware! Absolutely horrible. Chicken had been sitting ALL DAY and was drier than beef jerky. I honestly cant believe they would serve that to a customer. If you’re going to charge that much for a plate at least dont give me day old chicken… ill never be back.

Amanda was so kind and went out of her way to cook the chicken well done. I’ve never had any El Pollo Loco employee show such nice customer service. She deserves a raise! The food was wonderful, thank you! I hope I get her on my next visit.

Worst experience ever. I frequent this restaurant, after today I will be reconsidering my decision. First off, if you’re soda machine is not working properly put a sign up saying so before you order. Also if you are out of most of your product that would be nice to know as well. The food was lukewarm at best. The staff hides in the back. Tried to get a refill on Coke Zero that they did have available and took 10 minutes standing at the counter to finally get someone to acknowledge me. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They make 20.00 an hour to do absolutely nothing to help customers. And where is the manager in charge. Hiding in the office. Keep. Up this type of customer service and won’t be surprised when you see the doors closed.
