Food is good, but definitely expensive. What really sucks is the wait time. Takes staff forever to take your order, and forever to fulfill your order, and sometimes they still get it wrong. For the amount that you pay, it's shocking that the service is the main thing holding this place back. I used to go here all the time until the service quality dipped. Went back today after years and nothing's changed. I was standing in an empty restaurant with only 1 other customer in front of me and we waited almost 10 minutes to have our orders taken, after asking staff multiple times. I didn't even bother staying. It's a shame. This used to be a really good place to come and eat.

So so so bad. $15 for the tiniest two chicken tenders and skimping on the fries. The burgers were just ok and not worth $14 and $15 each (no fries included). It makes sense to pay for better ingredients, but you can buy frozen organic chicken tenders and a POUND of organic ground beef for wayyyyyyy cheaper at Whole Foods. Do NOT waste your time and money.Service and atmosphere was just fine. Not bad or good.

We wanted to try Elevation Burger because we had passed by it on a few occasions and it looked interesting. So we went in and tried it out. The food was very good and tasted amazing. The fries were very crispy and tasted fresh. My fiancé ordered a burger to see how it was. She typically isn’t a burger person, but she enjoyed this one very much. We’ll definitely be back!

We bought 2 BBQ chicken sandwiches. It came out and they looked so small and pathetic for the 30 dollars we paid… the cheese was not melted, the chicken had no seasoning. The chicken tastes like the same brand that mc Donald’s uses in their chicken sandwiches. For a BBQ sandwich there was…no barbecue to be found. When I took the burger apart after having a hard time coming to the terms of buying such a disappointing lunch, the bottom of the burger had a tiny layer of barbecue. So small that it just made a TINT on the bread. Like dang I’d rather have it dipped in bbq than that 😭. Finally the onions…when I took my first few bites I didint reach the onions yet. Then I got twards the middle bite and oh lord, my face scrunched up like it’s never scrunched before. It was so disgusting. It tastes like the gunk at the bottom of my dad’s grill that he hasn’t cleaned in 10+ years. It was so disgusting I nearly spit it out, but I stayed strong because I was not going to waste a 15 dollar purchase. 30 dollars for just 2 sliders and fountain drinks. I hope the shake shack that’s opening soon runs them out of business, they have way better stuff there. While you guys are waiting for their grand opening, go to any of the other food spots at ridge hill. I’m sure you’ll have a better time. And for what it’s worth, I’m getting a brownie at Starbucks to feel better 😭
