I brought my wife here for "Tea Service". Overall, we enjoyed our experience and didn't encounter any negatives that some of the other guests encountered from previous reviews. As expected, the atmosphere was elegant and inviting with a formal setting. All of the staff was kind and attentive. Our tea service included a three tier pastry tower and three pots of tea. The food was good and the tea was great. If you have never experienced tea service before then, this is a must try.

Emma Jane is a charming spot, perfect for a girls’ brunch. Located in The Harlow District, it offers ample parking or valet for a small fee. The restaurant consists of two cozy buildings, both part of Emma Jane. One features a full bar, where you can grab a seat if you prefer.The decor is stunning, with a feminine, French-inspired vibe. Think cute tea seats and beautiful furniture that makes the space feel inviting and stylish.The staff is generally attentive, though our server’s performance was a bit inconsistent. He seemed distracted, often looking at his phone or absent, even though we were the only table in the restaurant. At one point, I asked for coffee and received a lukewarm cup. When I mentioned it, he said it was still brewing, despite it being 10:30 a.m. and us being the first to arrive—so I couldn’t help but wonder if the coffee was from the day before.Service overall was a bit lackluster. My friends and I agreed it was mediocre. I had to call over another server at one point, and she seemed hesitant to help. The server also didn’t clear our plates promptly after we finished, and I had to ask someone to pick them up.On a positive note, I appreciated the option for separate checks, which was a nice touch.As for the food, it’s definitely a highlight. I had the avocado toast, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had—served uniquely, yet absolutely delicious. We also tried the fluffy pancakes, and everyone agreed they were fantastic. Everyone left happy with their meals.Prices are reasonable, with nothing too extravagant. I skipped a drink, but my friends said theirs were just okay.Overall, a cute spot with great food, but the service could use some improvement.

Food was good but when u tell the waiter for where’s the milk for tea, utensils, napkins, and they bring the sauce of the food after we finished eating? This is on a regular Tuesday which was not busy at all and couldn’t believ how slow the service is. I sarcastically said to the waiter? Do we eat it with our hands and he said yes… wow wont be coming back for the 65$ tea service. Oh and u can’t leave a bad tip bc they charge for a service fee and tip included….

Been part of the Jeff and Andy's team way back when. To see their growth and maturity in their spots has been fascinating. This place is just adorable. I'm a tea person, and these teas are amazing!! Some of the best I've had in America! Keep it up guys. Always cheering for y'all! Also Tanzania our waitress was also amazing! Also my man Lui, one of the best in the game!The Kirby Group forever!
