Weird experience. Instead of taking my order at the counter they told me to use the kiosk instead. What an odd interrupt.Why not take my order verbally already if you're talking to me?Anyway...I used the kiosk and I received a text when my food was ready. They put it out on the counter but didn't call out my name or acknowledge me sitting there. So I assumed I could go grab it but then the manager or whoever was wearing the black shirt spoke to me with suspicion in their eyes as if I was stealing the food. Just a bad energy and attitude. They asked me for my phone number to confirm the order. I complied and was allowed to get my food, but not a pleasant experience overall. Why wouldn't you call out my name and wait for me there to confirm?I've had more straight forward orders without issue in the past here. Yet another person wearing the black shirt never did smile whom I saw working here several times.The food is consistently good but the vibe is consistently bad at this place. I don't think I'll come back.

Great burger and fries. Poor value that scared a 20 dollar bill. After waiting in line and giving my order I was asked to tip. After I tipped, I found my own seat, and waited to go back and get my own food and then I put ketchup into little cups and bussed my own table. What was the tip for? Thanks for normalizing begging even with a job. Should I tip the self checkout too?

This place serves some quality food! I got the chicken sandwich for free with a $2 purchase. Will have to try something else next time. Onion rings are a must have!!!

Coming from out of town and having In-n-Out before, I was told this place was much better. I can say that statement is true as this was delicious. The fries were great and I was sad when I finished my burger since I wanted more. There will be an increase in price here in comparison, but the quality is noticeably much better.

I went to the Park Crossing shipping center to eat at an other restaurant, as I parked and walked into the other restaurant the smell of The Habit was having me second guess my self but when I walked into the other restaurant and saw how full it was I know it was destiny. I walked out and went straight to The Habit and there was only one person ahead of me. I ordered the #2 Double Chard Burger fríes and a medium drink.The service was quick and very agreeable.I must say the smell did not let down, The Burger 🍔 was fantastic the grilled union took it over the top. As far as the fries 🍟 in my opinion, are better than In and Out or McDonald's, yes I said it McDonald's. In recent years, my opinion, McDonald's fries have lost my vote. Great job The Habit looking forward to seeing you soon.
