I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I was at the Ihop located on E.149th St in the Bronx on June 23rd 2025 1:27am. I entered & as the sign reads I waited for someone to seat me. I asked the 2 gentlemen sitting there about being seated. They said someone will come out and seat me. I went to the bathroom and when I returned the same employee told me there were no tables available. Please see my video & pictures. Then he threatened to call the police, locked the door. Good Afternoon, ladies and gentlemen please I would like to request my refund back I don’t like the orders I just received the food . I took pictures of it ! you want to see I have evidences. I spend $113.21 you guys are wrong you are charging me to much when we all hungry nothing to return just a little of bites , shames of you I want my refund back thank you very much I will be waiting for my refund if you please send me your email in personal will be great ! I decided to give ihop another try. I say this because the last time I could not find parking. So we decided to stop by today and there was a parking right in front. It was like meant to be. We had a young gentleman by the name of Mr. Jonathan let me just say that his customer service is outstanding. He is very respectful young man very attentive and on point. The food came out so quickly my family and I were so shocked . Wow the facility is extremely clean every 1 here is very nice. We will definitely be back even it’s a bit out of our way we live in Woodside , byThanks staff for your great service

Okay look IHOP. I was more than excited to try out your restaurant for the first time. However, don’t you guys think that if I ordered the original buttermilk pancakes, I should get the butter on my pancake? If I wanted plain pancakes I would’ve ordered that! But you guys forgot the butter. It’s not only that either. We told the worker at least 3 times that we wanted mushrooms on the side, but they still managed to get that wrong. My sister wanted mushrooms. 🙁💔

Yesterday I called if I could come in early to surprise my mom for her early Mother’s Day gift and they were so nice to me and they helped me out my mom’s a big fan of this IHOP location. Thank you so much for everything. She had an amazing day thank you. I have especially the people who work there.
