That is not just unsanitary—it’s flat-out gross.Jack in the Box, this is your restaurant. Please get a handle on this problem so customers can actually eat in peace without feeling like they need hand sanitizer for their entire body.FoodOnce upon a time, your burgers and breakfast sandwiches had substance. They were hearty, flavorful, and worth the trip.Fast forward to 2025: now they’re skimpy, smaller, and taste like they’ve been put on a diet without consent.Prices have gone up while portion sizes have gone down. Simple math says customers are paying more to get less.Instead of fixing the quality, you distract us with promotions like “10 tacos for $1.” That might sound good until you realize each taco looks like it’s been on a hunger strike.Customer ServiceCredit where credit is due: the staff here is actually excellent. Very disgusting. I ordered through the app when I got there was cold. We ordered 2 jumbo jacks, a large curly fry and tacos. We just got off work and wanted to eat something hot. Also our large curly fry was only half full and had hairs in it. Do y'all not have management at this location? I definitely will never be back there. A waste of our money.

Fast service. I went this morning and the lady in the window was sooo friendly and had a beautiful spirit like a sweet grandmother. I only got 2 tacos but she made my little trip well worth it.

If I could be a 0 I would every single time I go here they get my order wrong. I never heard of jack closing the inside at 8:30 pm. Everyone there has an attitude like it’s our fault they messed up my order. If you DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET A NEW ONE YOU DO T HAVE TO WORK THERE. It’s like this every single time we go there. Can yall please do something about yall employees and customer service PLEASE. This is unacceptable

This is the best jack in the box I've been to hands down! Many locations have gone down hill but this one is ON IT. Front counter had about 7 orders done in 10 mins, super friendly staff, all my food was correct and super hot and fresh. Inside is the cleanest I've seen. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
