Crew not hospitable at all. Was greeted with “when you ready to order use the kiosk”. Then when my order was ready and I asked for my drink I had to wait for my receipt to be examined to confirm I ordered and paid for my drink. But food was fresh but still will never go back.

If I could do 0 stars I would, I ordered tacos, the tacos they gave me were already made, I do not know for hor long those tacos where there in the tray, they are chewy not cryspy at all. I ordered an extra large fries they did not give my large fries. Never going back to this location.

i just don’t understand how the owners let this place get so bad!! the building is extremely run down, workers have bad attitudes and even eating while preparing the customers food, even saw one employee sleeping in the lobby. Very sad to see this place become a trashy establishment.

I go to the drive thru and the lady answered on the speaker laughing and said shes only taking online or doordash orders. But when i drive past the window shes cracking up and giggling with another employee behind the counter. No signs anywhere stating systems are down, just basically telling everyone they are SOL when they get to the speaker. Seemed like she was more invested in talking with her little friends than to help customers out. Worst experience at a jack in the box.
