Dont even know where to start, you somehow cook my food but still comes out raw? Someone needs to fix this, i cant even go buy food without getting scammed. Horrible food, i will not be coming back to this JACK again, makes me even want to stop buying from Jack period.

Went to this location during lunch time and the employees and cashier was super friendly and helpful when i had place an online order on there app. The restaurant was super clean and there it was practically empty at lunch time. Also the restroom were clean and looked like they are attended daily. The order was done fast, hot, and freshly made. Will be coming more often to this restaurant cause the food was tasty and the service was five star excellent. This place is perfect to go over when you cravings some burgers and fries. Love the curly fries which are the best and taste amazing and order them everytime I go to this restaurant!

Went through the drive-through June 23, 2025 at 1:40 AM in the morning I ordered a ranch chicken sandwich with no rice sauce. They cooked an old chicken patty and dropped it back in the grease and they let it get hot as possible, and then they put it on the bun. The bun was old and not toasted. The fries was fresh. I ordered delivery through the mobile app for this location and they got my order wrong. I ordered 2 boxes of the Nashville hot chicken and an order of curly fries, but received 2 boxes of chicken nuggets instead.I have been calling repeatedly to try and get a refund for my order, but no one ever picks up no matter the time, and the voicemail box is always full meaning that they don't check messages. Horrible management team.
