I have been coming to this Jason Deli for years. I’m a paid customer. Every manager has been simply amazing especially the Tall bearded manager. Until a manager name Chris, short and bald started working here. The last few months customer service coming from this man has been horrible! Tonight I break my silence. This manager when I come does not smile, no personality looks at me like ok, what do you want. Every time! He acts like he hate his job. I made a complaint about my food. He huff when I said I need it fixed, no apology at all,care or compassion. No managerial skills at all.. Simply didnt care. I tried to fix my salad and he tells me I have to pay for extra. This is the worst Jason thus far. A formal complaint is coming.If your coming here don’t come at night. Come during the day. This man makes Jason Deli look horrendous. Signed, a A very loyal customer. This will be the last time you treat any customer like this.

Jason's Deli is one of my favorite places to grab a sandwich especially since they offer animal-free options 🥪🌱😋Because they offer so many variations, I recommend going through their app or website and visit their ingredient page to see what ingredients are animal-free/ vegan friendly.They offer a veggie sandwich on the menu but I prefer to create my own sandwich with Focaccia Bread, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, vinaigrette dressing and a side of steamed veggies.Unfortunately, they don't offer animal-free proteins but they do have pastas that can be vegananized along with a baked potato option and obviously the salad bar is always a safe option.

Nice experience grabbing lunch today over at Jason's Deli.I wanted to eat healthy so I ordered the Masa Chicken Salad which was tasty and was very satisfying.My girlfriend ordered the half Santa Fe Chicken sandwich and also the Irish Potato Soup that she thoroughly enjoyed.I tried some of the Potato Soup and thought it was delicious.Nice salad bar with lots of healthy options.
