I order from Jimbos every morning, but today I went to a different location, which I rarely do and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The location in my neighborhood never treated me this way ever! The food was fine, but the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The heavy set man handling payments was extremely rude and had a nasty attitude for no reason. On top of that, I was overcharged, and I still don’t understand why Jimbos prices vary from one location to another.This entire experience completely turned me off. I’ve been a loyal customer, but I refuse to spend my money somewhere I’m disrespected. My respect comes first and because of today, I don’t plan on coming back.Oh and I couldn’t even enjoy my food because of this issue!

We went for lunch once. My husband had a chorrizo burrito, and he said it was pretty good, fresh ingredients, and the service was good and fast. I had pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon, iced coffee.

The philly steak is terrible. For 13.00 there wasn't enough meat to even taste meat. It tasted like nothing. The bread was hard. In order to eat it I took off the bottom bun scraping everything to the top bun. The fries didn't have any salt or nothing just boring. My boyfriend had the turkey burger which was good. But that philly...stop selling it or drop the price. It is not worth it.

We ordered pancakes, omelette and sausage yesterday, good but wet pancakes. My son ordered again today and inside of pc was not cooked. Had to recook to avoid throwing out but it became hard. Made with too much liquid perhaps 🤔 Got to do better with the pancakes Jimbo’s

They put no love or effort into my foodWhere's my cheese? I asked for cooked onions it looks like they placed them on the grill and took them right back off because I don't see where they are cooked at ? I'm so disappointed
