March 13 · Francheska OrtegaI've been ordering from this place for three years and the food is getting worse. It's sad.
May 20 · AlessI have been going here for 19years, a few problems over the years but I change my reviews. I order the same food each time and for some reason this woman keeps mixing up my orders, eventhough I call each week with the same, she goes out of her way to repeat the wrong order. I was on the phone for 8mins. I had to hang up. Joy Gardens use to be ok, but this person is horrible. I just saw a review 4 months ago and I thought it was just me, but its not me.
May 31 · OchojamI ordered food on the phone and the woman kept sayin the wrong order. It took about six tries to get it right. When I came to get it, the chicken wings were burned, the order was still wrong. They told us 10-15 mins to pick up the food I came 30 minutes later and the food hadn’t been cooked yet and they were not busy.
January 25 · Kiara ColonI had to move away and I miss this place so bad. They barely have gristle in their pork fried rice like these other places and the chicken is always crispy. I really wish I could order from here way too many times for me to count. I order every time I visit my family. They are fast and the English is good. It’s always clean when I go inside and I have been eating there since I was a teen and never had any problems for years.
