★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Been here many times and man their chicken soup hits the spot. The dumpling, broth, yam, and chicken taste good. And btw i got try the other food someother time
January 16 · SamUse to get Ackee and salt fish everysunday, went in today to get the last scoop, barely a spoon, new younging told me $16 for some $8 order. Overpriced place, down the block has many and better options from now on.
January 15 · BhigbwoyThey food was ok but expensive. A tiny box of rasta pasta is $12. I bought the $14 container. Honestly, the taste isn't all that. The pasta was overcooked.
October 19 · K ROne of the worst fast food joints in the bronx. The customer service is poor. They give you different food from what you order because the lady sharing doesn't listen. The food is filled with cooking oil even the pasta and it's tasteless. The bake chicken or whatever they have at the front on display looks very black and the rest of the food isn't prepared properly. Buy at your own risk. I went there once and I'm never going back. The pastas are overcooked and the shrimp isn't seasoned. Some of the rice grains are cooked while some are still tough like they have a mixture of two different rice.
April 24 · Sherika TummingsAfter so many great reviews, I’ve finally tried Lammy’s. My first time was the first the other day, and the service and food was outstanding. Today was my second time... not so much a good experience as it was prior. Although there was one person in front of me (this particular cashier was flirting) I was standing there for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Unbeknownst to me, according to the cashier, there is an extra charge for plantains- no prob but the plantains were burnt to a crisp. Overall, the food is great but customer service could be better. A sense of friendliness, urgency, and acknowledgement goes a long way. ESPECIALLY IN A PANDEMIC.
