This mcdonald’s needs to be shut down. They don’t move efficiently, the line is ALWAYS wrapped around the building. The parking lot is constantly packed you’ll be sitting in like for 45 minutes before you get your food and just can hope that it’s fresh. It makes no sense they need to come up with a better way of service because it’s ridiculous.

Visited this place due to convenience and craving and had terrible experience here. Let me start by reminding some that mcdonalds is known for their fresh golden fries. I definitely included fries in my order and was immediately concerned at the sight of overcooked, crispy, brown, and hardened fries. We attempted to eat them as is, but the taste was just not there. I contacted the restaurant manager and notified her about the condition of the fries. She apologized and took our tray full of fries only to bring another tray full of fresh cooked fries that were identical. The larger concern here is that a manager should be able to identify the issue here. To remedy the issue is to change out the excessively used cooking oil that is causing the stale taste of fries and discoloration. It also over cooks the fries, causing them to be hard and crispy. My dinner visit was ruined and disappointing. After eating the rest of my food, i returned all the fries and requested my money back. There was no attempt by management to address my final decision. That was even more concerning than the bad batch of fries.

This location needs to do a better job with the homeless people asking for money and bothering you. There is always a guy standing by the drive through and it’s ridiculous you have to deal with this every single time you come here. Make you very uncomfortable, honestly i rather go somewhere else.
