It is currently 9:36 pm and the lobby is already closed. Time posted for the lobby hours close at 10 pm. Looking through the window I see 3 McDonald's employees sitting in the lobby. Management needs to be reevaluated. This is very unprofessional. I witnessed 4 customers waiting for entrance only to find out the lobby closed 30 minutes early.

When you call this place here to let them know your order was wrong. They never answer the phone cause you don’t feel like driving back up there. I just ordered on the mobile app added some things on my burger and they didn’t even add it on my burger, but they charge me I’m charged for it bacon and tomatoes. Came to this location a year ago on October , playground was shut down . I went yesterday and the play ground was STILL shut down, my toddler wasn’t allowed to go play on the playground because per the staff a lot of homeless people go inside to sleep there? Not my problem. Maybe call law enforcement to solve that issue but playground should be open at all times.

I just went to this place and they never answered the drive-thru, I had to go to the window, and there was a guy who is on this cashier shift, he seems to be high until he wanted to open the window to serve me and he doesn't even know what he's doing, he took my order and I hadn't even finished and I wanted to cash out, then a coworker from across the street comes and says they don't have coffee and the guy just lets me talk like an idiot without saying anything, he closes the window in my face!!!!! Terrible service and those people are useless 🤬😡

This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to ordered my food on the mobile app at 9:45 arrive there for me to be told the food was not ready pull up to the next drive-through window. Sat there for another 30 minutes still waiting for my food. I had to honk my horn just for Them to notice that I was even there once my food came it was cold and the soda was watered down. If I could honestly give this no stars I would.
