I love this Place, Emerson is always there when I have lunch with my daughter, his service is always above and beyond, always greeting, happy and in a great mood always interacting with everyone, making sure everyone is good cleaning after people. He is a rare find, especially in fast food restaurants. I guess what m saying is “thank you, Emerson your job is not going unnoticed”!!!

This is the nearest McDonald's to me. And, I avoid it ALWAYS. I used to go there and every time I went it was one ridiculously bad experience after another.I mean, where do I begin?The time the midget was dancing on top of the table and no staff member told him to get down from the table?Or, the time they allegedly were short of staff and walked prepared food to the table of all the white customers and ignored this service for the minority customers. They just left the minority peoples food on the counter.Then there is their belligerent behavior from the lowest of staff up to the highest manager. They complain that you, the customer, had the nerve to complain, Wow!And, those were some of the better experiences... The others involved cold, stale, & inedible food.But, to be clear, their are a lot of normal and typically good, nearby McDonalds in this area. But, this one is really, really BAD!I wish this place was closed down and a Wendy's put in its place!

This establishment (specifically this McDonalds) takes so long with their food is unprepaired. When I was paying for my Spicy Chicken Wrap that costed $3.26 and I gave $20 which means I got $16.74 back, the staff took forever just to bring the coin packet to put into the cash register machine. This shows that they are unprepared as the staff should've restocked the cash register before opening up for the day. When I was waiting for my wrap today, I was just sitting there on the tray even after they called 153 (my number). I got up right away, and they take forever with their food for I am not sure for not reason. For anyone reading this review, I warn you, do NOT go to this unprepared McDonald's with no time management skills. Go to McDonald's elsewhere, examples: the one on Tenbroeck Ave, the one near the train station 233rd St and the one near Bay Plaza.

Horrible customer service ladies at the drive through have a huge attitude and got my order wrong several times ... it was only 10:53 and from what i know breakfast is done 11am they said they change time for breakfast all the time i feel like they should have an exact time for breakfast ending she also mentioned the mc crispy has lettuce and tomato only gave me pickles and gave me wrong drinks .... if they dont wanna work give someone else the job to do it better with great energy for customer service
