This McDonald’s has a 24-hour sign, but it’s not really 24/7. If you come late at night, you’ll see staff working inside, but they refuse to take any orders. Really disappointing and bad service. 👎🍟

Whole restaurant was dirty and packed and it took like 30 minutes to get my order mind you it was only fries nuggets and a drink. Didn’t even get my sauce and no napkins like what??? All the workers there have an attitude and if you tell them something THEY got wrong they’ll act like you’re a bother. They be chatting and laughing too like they don’t got people waiting for their food. This is place is super bad. They only know how to act when they got visitors.

I have mixed reviews on this location. Sometimes the service is fast and sometimes the service is extremely slow. There are lists at this location if you’re paying with debit or credit card. The restaurant is clean. I do think customer service can be improved. Sometimes the staff are playing around with one another to much instead of fixing orders. There are also times the employees aren’t wearing their masks.

This McDonald’s is possibly the worst one to purchase food at. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes for an order of just an iced coffee and never received it. I then proceeded to order something else with my points, hoping to mention that I had also ordered coffee earlier. After a few more minutes, I decided to confront them and explain that I hadn’t received my order. However, every time I approached the employees, they ignored me and acted as if I was a bother. After 20 minutes of waiting, I decided to just leave because it was 10 PM and this is the Bronx. All I can say is to avoid ordering from here, because they either get your order wrong, take 40 minutes to give it to you after it’s made, or you just never receive it.
