Disappointingly, my latest experience was subpar. My delivery order, which consisted of a bacon quarter pounder meal large, did not match the item I received. Instead, it appeared to be a Big Mac, containing three buns and a burnt patty, with no fries included. The meal was not edible. It is disconcerting to think that the individual who prepared this meal thought it was suitable for serving. This location has provided the worst McDonald's experience I have encountered. I advise potential customers to take the reviews seriously and avoid ordering from this location.

How is it possible that as a customer I ask to be allowed to use the bathroom for customers and they tell me that they don't have the key? Two things that bother me are the way the woman who delivers my order says it and that they have a service and don't have the key. I suggest more empathy, I wasn't asking for a favor but to use a service that McDonald's has and for which I paid. You managers and customers be the judge.

I'm honestly considering taking more legal actions just an unanswered call to the store and a review isn't good enough. In the food industry you're supposed to make sure your food is edible and thoroughly cooked!! someone needs to be fired !

I ordered three cheeseburgers and a medium sweet tea. When I got home, I discovered I only had one cheeseburger and sweet tea container was only 5/8 full. I got cheated out of two cheeseburgers, but paid for three.
