The other things I want to acknowledge is every time you come in somebody’s keeping the place clean and I thought the coolest thing was I ordered my food and They told me to sit down and they brought it over to me on a cart when it was ready. Nice touch!!

if you order on the mobile app they will refuse your order, and then refuse to refund you. you have to go through your bank and dispute the charge. do not go to this mcdonald’s. there’s plenty of other mcdonald’s nearby. the service here is trash. it wasn’t always like this either.

It's gotten very expensive. McDonald's used to be a reasonable fast food option but for a tiny bit more can go to a diner with full service now. Also, at a diner, the waiters/waitresses usually speak English so they can understand and speak to you, resulting in getting your order right as opposed to so many of my experiences at McDonald's. This is a huge problem at all of the McDonalds in Westchester, NY. They should at least have to speak some English to work a position that deals with customers. It's extremely frustrating! There's a McDonald's practically next door to where I live so I usually go there for convenience, just in case anyone was wondering why I still go there if I feel the way I do.

I'm lucky this is my local McDonald's being the one closest to my house because their quality is always good. I've been here more than I can count and more times than I should according to my nutritionist. Their service is always fast and friendly. I've never had to wait more than ten minutes for my order and it's usually ready in five. The food is excellent and it's one of the few locations with a working ice cream machine. Make sure you try the Grimace shake while it's available.
