This is like my 4th order from here. My last order was months ago because they also messed that order up too. Today I ordered two mangu 4 golpes through DoorDash. What showed up was dry hard and stale mangu, with refried longaniza and cheese and salmi. All of it refried and dry and stale and hard and bland. The only thing fresh was the fried eggs. To make matters worse, they stuffed all of it into one platter! And it was TWO order of mangu 4 golpes. Why didn’t they just call me and say they didn’t have and offer to cancel my order and refund? Why would you send paying customers food like this over and over again? Do you want to lose customers forever? This was my second and last chance given to them and they officially lost me as a customer. My last orders were always over $50 and it was always that they didn’t have something and offered something else and the previous order they didn’t even send the stewed chicken as agreed as a substitute for what they didn’t have, they ended up sending some dry hard chicken. I’m never ordering from here again. When I give a bad rating, it’s my last time ordering because you can’t trust anyone to not harm or alter your food/safety concerns after leaving a bad review so I’m officially never ordering here again. I hope they learn their lesson and if they haven’t this time, they will eventually. You don’t take peoples hard earned money and send them dry hard stale food! Offer to cancel and refund. Simple. Why would you want food like that to represent your restaurant? That’s ridiculous.

They gave me an expired tre leche cake do you even check your inventory and on top of that my chicken soup had flies in it. First and last time ever going to this restaurant definitely will not recommend stay away very dirty when it come to preparation of food. People spend money for dirty food
