★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Penn Station Cafe and Eatery can be found on the upper concourse level of Penn Station. It is your prototypical mass transit hub convenience store. It specializes in the sale of snacks, bottled and canned beverages, deli sandwiches, coffee and bakery goods. The prices are, well, typical mass transit hub prices, somewhat higher than outside, but they do make a good sandwich. And the coffee is quite good too. There is no eat-in here, so calculate your purchase accordingly.
June 28 · Burt ShoobsAsk for a cup of ice...confusion but ok. Now ask for a lemon slice...confusion, angry, annoyed, Conversation between employees, can we do this? how do we do this? why is he asking for this?(They have lemon already sliced up for tea) Why? What was the problem? Did I do something wrong? Pissed off but comical at the same time.
July 03 · Michael DNice stop for a quick pit stop. I enjoy the bottled Bai drinks. Basic supplies for hunger and thirst, and efficient checkout.
April 01 · Justin Rogers-CooperFair prices. $3 for large bottled water and 12oz Modelo naranjaEdit: They charged $8 to my card despite the cashier clearly stating $3. He did not offer to provide a receipt. Total scam, disputing the transaction as they are not providing a refund.
March 21 · Benjamin AranoffI go through Penn often and it's one café after another. A lot of competition so the owners should be smart on how they run things. I left there very disappointed and walked back to the shop twice because of it. Had words with an employee and he blamed the owner. True or not, idk but if a customer has an issue the employee should be trained to fix the problem not argue. I would never buy from this spot again.
