The restaurant is clean, and the food itself really good! I ate the Huli Huli chicken plate (a hot bowl), and a coworker ate a Poke Bowl. This was my first time eating here and the Huli Huli chicken had such a great, unique taste. I’d eat here again for sure.

I placed an UberEats pick up order. When I got there, the lady on the front said that “it was not in the system” and I have to show her my phone with the information. She didn’t even apologize or explained what happened. Instead, she made a phone call and proceed to prepare my order without telling me what was going on. Again, she did not apologize and behave in a rude manner slamming stuff. The fact that my order was “not in the system” was not my fault, and this lady gave me a nasty attitude instead.I love this place, but they should train their staff to be nice, or at least hire people with manners

SO DRY. I always order here online for pickup and every time something is messed up or missing.There’s absolutely no sauce and they used white rice when I asked for brown.

I accidentally ordered from a different store by my house. I was on the other side of town and went to pickup my order and was very distraught that I made the mistake because I ordered for two and used points to get a discount. This PoKeWorks actually took care of it and made my order even though there was a waisted order at my old store.Very good customer service just as I’d expect from a high class restaurant. PokeWorks is a great company with great food! I have been going there for a few years but will definitely keep going because of the extra effort!
