If I could give this place no stars I would. I was served moldy food that I fed to my 1 year old daughter. The manager Dajanay or however you spell her name was not very approachable about it and initially wanted to only refund me for the moldy biscuit instead of the food that I was not able to finish.

Ordered a bacon cheese sandwich meal and received a plain sandwich chicken and bread only. Check ya’lls food before driving off and if you send someone to get it make sure they check it! Like how do ya’ll completely forget the bacon and cheese on a bacon and cheese sandwich??

I came here because I was hungry and I was craving the chicken sandwich. I used my rewards that I earn to get the chicken sandwich for free. I must say it was terrible. It’s like they cook the chicken in subpar not hot enough grease. The breading of the chicken was very greasy and had a bitter off to it. That happens when your grease is not hot enough. Unfortunately I drove away before trying my food and was already in Baytown before I got to take a bite. I tried to stomach it, but after three or four bytes, I just had to throw it away.Another thing I’ve never seen happen in my life occurred at this place. When I pulled up to the window, the cashier told me to back up behind the window because they didn’t want to mess up their timing. I was the only car in line at first but then a few cars join the line behind me and I’m sure they were wondering why I was sitting so far back from the window. Luckily, my order came up quicker than I anticipated and it was all good but still the sandwich sucked here and I will not return to this location. I read all the reviews after the fact that I visited here and I can see that they are probably true.

I went there and they messed up my order. They forgot a whole family red beans and rice. Horrible customer service. Was parked and waited for my drive thru order. Was missing 2 pieces of my 16 piece chicken and they also forgot my jalapenos. Unsatisfied customer!

Just went through the drive thru order 8 PC family meal and fried pickles. The young lady who took the order paused and stated is that all I said yes. The young lady only repeated the 8 PC. When I got to the windows I informed the young man at the windows that I also order fried pickles. The young man stated we don't sell fried pickles. I said it's on the drive thru menu. He said Yes but we don't sell them. I honestly believe they didn't want to prepare them. For that reason I will not be returning. If I can't order from the menu I get want I want , what is the purpose of spending my money. If I felt like cooking I would have left the whole order. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
