Worst location ever. Every time I go my strips are undercooked or dippers are hard as rocks. They can never get it right. They don’t even care. They will throw chicken that’s been sitting out all day in the grease just to make it seem fresh. Will definitely not spend another dime of my money at this location. They don’t care about their customers and it shows.

The biscuit was over cooked, threw it away was nit edible. Then me and tye kids shared chicken strips. The 3rd one in was when I stopped to see why it was chewy. That's because they where under cooked. Please check your food before giving it to your family. I refuse to go back and deal with the 3 male teens who clearly where not capable of working there.

Went to get myself a 2 piece basket around 1pm ish. I ordered mild. I received old, cold and possibly spoiled chicken. The biscuit, my favorite kind, tasted undercooked. The mash potatoes were acceptable, although I had asked for no gravy. For nearly $10, this was a sad and pricey lunch indeed. Ended up tossing it. No point in me rushing back and trying to get a replacement since the place became packed as I was leaving.

I placed a pickup order and arrived about 10 minutes later. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was asked what I needed, and after stating I had a pickup order, I was told to pull around.There was a car ahead of me, so I waited about 3–4 minutes. Once I got to the window, I sat there for another 8 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff. I attempted to go inside to ask about the order, but the side door was locked. I had no choice but to return to my car and honk the horn.Eventually, an employee named Abigail came to the window. When I asked how much longer my order would take, she very dismissively said, "They're making it now," and closed the window. No apology. No explanation. After about 5 more minutes, she handed me the order without saying a word—not even a basic “thank you” or “sorry for the wait.”This experience was extremely disappointing. Waiting nearly 20 minutes for an order that was placed in advance is unacceptable, especially when the staff shows no courtesy or professionalism. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer service at this location because this kind of treatment makes me not want to return.A simple greeting and”ma’am it’ll be a few more minutes” would have went a long way.
