I ordered surf n turf with spicy tenders, got all the way home to eat and open the box to this BS! The other meal in the order included red beans and rice....well, let's just say we have the rice and a bean 🧐

I don't know if it's because it was a little after 9:30pm or not, but the food at this location was terrible tonight. It's Monday 8/18/2025 and My chicken was so dry & hard, my biscuit was hard except for in the middle and my fries were cold. The only thing good about this purchase was my drink. If Popeyes doesn't want any customers after a certain time I'd like to know that before service takes place, that way I don't have to spend any money on something that I have to throw away because it's not enjoyable to eat. And... that's just what I've done tonight. ( Threw it out of my car window) Maybe the Dogs, Cats, Rats or Possums in the area will enjoy it. Thanks for nothing 3rd Ward Popeyes and I was hungry! 😡

I had to do it!! This is the best Popeyes in the city. Do ya hear me! I usually don’t dine on Tuesday but I was craving some chicken. I always ask what’s the freshest chicken they have up, and they always say both but I leave unsatisfied or with overcooked chicken. Not this location I’ll make that drive for this location and I live out the way The only thing I have to say is that my red beans and rice was not hot nor were they lukewarm. My chicken was Fresh, juicy, and ion know if buddy adding his twist but it was flavorful all the way through. They did my pies like I liked them and when they messed up they even made it right and no attitude. That’s what I called service. Kudos to this team. I’m a Popeyes girly and will be back.

This is the worst place to visit since I have moved to Houston? I came to pick up a food as uber driver they refused me to use the restroom they said for customers only & I’m here to pick up? The thing is the lady also so rude

11/8/24 went in drive thru & was there for over 20 mins. I ordered then asked for drinks something was wrong with machine for Sprite, then my drumstick was so dry looking. Like it had been there all day. So sad. The girl in the drive was having issues with her head (just scratching the weave/wig on her head. Popeyes you must do better. I won’t be back @ this location. Can’t make this up!!!!
