I really like going to Salata, and this was my first time at this location last week. The food was exactly the same as any other Salata. However, there was no soap in the women’s bathroom and as I was going in, one of the workers was leaving. I couldn’t help but wonder if workers were there serving our food without washing their hands with soap…

Worse customer service ever! Just left restaurant right now at 11:30 am with my family the lettuce was really brown bad, and my husband and I asked if they had fresher lettuce, it was almost finish so I’m sure they had to add more. Josue The employee was really rude and said no that’s all what we have . In such a really rude way ! And then roll his eyes and just like then ok dont get it. We weren’t asking for nothing free we always go there and spend a good $100 there with my family several times a week. But JOSUE customer service was really disrespectful even my 8 yr old daughter notice his attitude towards us .

It’s Sunday evening I get it nobody wants to work. The young woman staff were very rude. They had long faces as if they were annoyed for some reason. For two they were speaking so low I couldn’t hear what they were saying at all. Since I couldn’t hear them they were twice as rude when I would respond. I had just got off work & was starving if I wasn’t that hungry honestly I would’ve walked right out. On the other hand the young man was very nice & had great customer service. I’m definitely not coming back to this location. Sucks because this is the only one by my house. I’d rather go to the one in the on gray st. due to today’s experience. 😮‍💨

I never received my order and Ariana or whoever it is just kept hanging up in my face and she had a really bad attitude. And we were very polite. I was being patient with them opposite point. She kept hanging up in my face, so I just wanted to cancel my order all along because nobody deserves that.
