Found a staple in my burger, soda was flat and though I ordered the same burgers, one had everything I ordered and the other was missing the bacon and avocado. So, besides the safety issue and the bad quality control, they also can't follow directions. I also called to follow up with a manager, and they never called me back.At least they were nice when I went back to get the order fixed, although the manager on duty shrugged the incidents off as normal🤷🏻‍♂️.

Shake Shack never disappoints! Fresh, juicy burgers cooked to perfection, crispy fries, and milkshakes that are pure heaven. Fast service, friendly staff, and a great vibe. Definitely coming back! And Kishe is so nice and friendly with us

Great burgers and I love the fries. Great drinks but pricey. The restaurant is clean. There is outdoor and indoor dining available. Excellent , friendly staff.The best thing is the water. It’s actually very delicious. I always get the water.

Had to change my review from 5 stars to one star. This location used to be good but looks like they have gone down hill. The chicken piece in the sandwich is literally half of what it used to be. Only half of the bread. The chicken was gone and more than half of the sandwich which was left. It was such a dissatisfying feeling. I don’t even wanna eat there anymore. I asked the girl about it and she said “yeah that’s how they are,” without a care in the world. Won’t be coming back. Such a small piece of chicken however the price is almost $10 for the sandwich. Definitely not worth it.
