Although there was a little customer service involved, after ordering my food on the kiosk, I was going up to the counter paying cash. Well, attempting to have a kind conversation with the cashier I said, have a good day before walking out to which I got no reply and a stink eye. I ignored it because it wasn’t that big of a deal. Anyway, when I got home, I began to unboxed the food that I thought I had ordered. Turns out one, they had forgotten my chips yet still gave me a side of little guac. My burrito was half full and 90% tortilla, which I have a photo of uploaded below, I do not recommend going here, my cinnamon twist barely had any cinnamon on them. They tasted plain and dull. My burrito was burnt, barely any chicken in my chicken Chalupa absolutely not I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend anyone else to. Save your money. The Taco Bell on Central Avenue is far better than this one. And not only after all of that, I decided that I would call the establishment myself instead of writing a review to bring their 2.1 rating EVEN lower. I called three times with NO answer.

This Taco Bell is consistent with its terrible service. I walked in there were two people waiting for their order. I go up to the counter and was ignored by the two women preparing food. After a few minutes I figured out If I wanted food I better use the kiosk. Ordered, waited 10 minutes got the dryest chalupa supreme and the nuggets were either old or overcooked. Nothing tasted fresh. Although it’s a convenient location the customer service and the food are terrible. And that’s enough for me and my coworkers to stay far away

Let me start by saying this. The customer service is quite bad, very slow, at preparing an order, the lobby is ATROCIOUS, the floors are not swept. No one takes the time to clean to keep up the appearance of this establishment. The tables are dirty, and sticky with food. The condiments station GROSS. I'd like for this to be addressed because this is a very new location. Maybe perhaps a in service. The food is very good, and prepared with LOVE, made to perfection. I have photos for improvement HOPEFULLY. I hope all is well.

Words of advice to the late night workers, manager, or franchise owner of this location:1) Correct your closing time that’s listed on Google Maps as 2:30am because clearly when a customer walks in an hour before that time they get turned away.2) Maybe give some kind of indicator that the place is closed like, I don’t know, locking the door or shutting down the ordering kiosks?3) Probably the most obvious one, it would be nice if the employee standing literally right by the front door was trained to verbally inform the customer walking in that the place is closed instead of just staring blankly at said customer.It took 3 years for the location to finally open, the least you can do is all of the above.

$33 spent and this is the slop I was served. No wonder it took months for this location to open. The city did us a favor when they didn’t open this location for months on end.The workers are less than substandard.I decided to give this place a try since it opened a few months ago and the regret began as soon as I entered the store.I placed an online order for pick up at 3:45pm. It wasn't ready when I got there. Instead I was one of many frustrated customers who was forced to watch the workers throw food around like they were upset with their jobs.My food was sold cold. The kid sized drinks I ordered were considered a “regular” size.The food was handed to me sloppily and when I opened the bag my one of my tacos were completely crushed.The bag he placed my drinks in were completely wet and sticky from the drinks he made. The lids were placed incorrectly on the cup. How hard is it to pour a drink in a cup?This is what happens when companies whether big or small decides to open an establishment not giving a care about the staff they hire.I find a lot of the restaurants here to be of terrible quality both in the food and the staff.I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again and I am certain it won’t be open for very long.
