Had brunch with some beautiful friends and it was a great time. Everything was good. Like this place a lot. So many food options.I'll definitely return.

The restaurant serves excellent food and has standout service to boot. Valentin, our server, came by a few times to check that everything was ok. It has an extensive menu that runs to a few pages. My recommendation if you are there for lunch is to go with the lunch specials. They are value for money, and the portions are just right. We had the rack barbecue ribs and broiled salmon. The ribs were melt in the mouth good, and the salmon was very fresh. The highlight of our visit was our conversation with Tara, the restaurant manager. She was very friendly and helpful in getting us the table that we requested. We asked her about the Pacific eel in the marine tank. Tara told us that the eel is about 8 years old and when it was 4 years old, a devastating fire broke out at the Landmark Diner on August 22, 2019, which housed the eel and other fish (owned by the same owner of the Mirage). The owner managed to save the fish, including the eel, and they are now housed in 2 fish tanks in the restaurant. A terrible fire with a happy ending for the eel and its marine friends. Thank you, Tara, for telling us this uplifting story. If you need to burn some calories after lunch, a walk in Iona University, which is across the road from the Mirage, is enjoyable.

I eat here at least once a month and love the food, staff is great too. Probably my favorite place in New Ro.The prices have gone up a lot since December. Maybe the economy is more cooked than I think it is so I’m not going to take a star off for that but some of the prices seem unreasonable for that type of restaurant in New Ro.

This modern restaurant has indoor, outdoor seating and parking! The star of this restaurant is the staff! Tara gave us a warm welcome and even understood me mouthing it was my mom’s birthday and was discreet, she was a light. Our server was Benny and he was the best, gave us recommendations, check on us often, and was hilarious. The wait staff were on point was well. The food was hot an delicious. Turkey sausage so good I was shocked. They came out and sang happy birthday. Such a good time. Do not walk RUN! Post Covid I am happy to find a classy establishment with top tier service. I’ll be back!

Wonderful establishment and lovely vibe.We gave this place a try on a Saturday morning shortly after they opened for the day. We were greeted and seated at a spacious booth right away.The layout of this place is so nice and honestly once you're inside you'll feel like you've left NY. It's spacious yet comforting, simple yet very modern.Our server was very attentive and aimed to please. He was sure to answer our questions in great detail. He seemed to be 1 of the only servers working around the time we arrived. However, even though we weren't his only table he shared his time responsibly and made us feel like we were.The food was served within an ample timeframe and was served fresh. I went with the housemade corned beef hash with scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese.Overall, I can't wait to visit this place again. It is family friendly and casual styling so everyone will enjoy.
