March 12 · Miguel SalgadoAbsolutely delicious!! We came for opening weekend and everything was so fresh and delicious. Both the pork and the chicken tamales were great, as were the rice and beans. We will definitely be back, and may be regulars since we live right up the street.
August 09 · Chelsea JordanI love tamales! I've had my fair share in different tamales and I like to think that I have a pretty good knowledge on rating our delicious delicacy lol. This place had to a great hole in the wall where you find hidden gems kind of vibe. I got a half dozen for 8.99 and picked a dozen for 10.99 of machine made tamales from Alamo down the street. Let's just say I was ready to put the Alicia's tamales away for the other "machine made" ones from Alamo. Entirely too much masa, while the flavor is there but you don't get enough of it. I was left with probably a pound of masa left on my plate. Definitely not worth the price for skimping on the meat
January 07 · JaviI order a omelet and it comes with potatoes and refried beans. I loved the potatoes, it just haves the right amount of spice and the beans are really good, Specially when u dip it in the beans with home made corn tortillas. The tortillas are thin enough and they are not dry or hard. 😆. The chicken tamales are pretty good. I really didn't like the pork. Nice place to get a quick breakfast.
January 24 · Maricela SalinasWent here for breakfast early one morning. They were nice and quick to help. I ordered the Chilaquiles. Came with beans, scrambled eggs, and fried tortillas cooked in salsa. You can get them regular with red sauce or Mexican style with salsa. Was really good. I’m not a big fan of retried beans. They usually are plain. These had nice flavor. Only disappointing part was pictures online showed they had Agra’s frescas and lemonade. All they had was bottled drinks and coffee. The food on the steam table looked good. I will definitely go back.
