This Location is very busy throughout the day. Computer always had issues with rewards or taking credit cards. If you went to the drive through orders were messed up. After getting better managers they definitely have gotten better with cleanliness and orders. Staff or more respectable. Avoid during after school since kids may hang out there. They do provide parking but maybe just a handful is spots.

Waited over ten minutes extra cause the kiosk didn’t print receipt and I guess they couldn’t locate my simple order. After repeating myself 5 times they ask for bank app transaction for one of the managers to notice the order was on the screen the whole time. Even the ticket number was the only I mentioned for 5 minutes. What made it worse is that the burger was lukewarm, soggy with ketchup and mayo and the buns just falling apart. Fries of course not hot. Worse Wendy’s I been to and I love this chain

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Wendy’s during the night shift. The workers consistently have an attitude and are extremely slow in moving the drive-thru line. It regularly takes 8–10 minutes per customer, and it’s only gotten worse over the past few months.Just recently, I waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the restaurant no longer operates 24 hours and now closes before 10 PM, making the slow service even more frustrating. Something needs to change.

Well, for starters: The establishment was littered all throughout the interior. Perhaps the staff at the time I went didn't have the time to clean up, however, they were free of orders for quite a while.Additionally: When my partner and I placed our order into the kiosk, be rather quickly got our Food items. We also ordered two frosties. However, we did not receive them for over 5 minutes despite immediately getting our other food. When we went up to ask, it was very clear that they did not remember that we had placed that in our order. One of the staff went to go get the on-duty manager to verify, and once he verified, he got to work on one frosty. Just One.We then waited another 6 minutes to receive the second frosty. At some point the staff asked us if we were waiting for something. They did not continue with our second frosty until after we verified yet again. And once staffed it continue, they asked us if we wanted it frozen.It's a frosty.It's a frozen item.TL;DR: Forgetful and slow staff. Unclean establishment. I do not recommend.
