Just like castle hill the Westchester location it’s absolutely horrible never clean always stickie and dirty by the soda machine. And on top of that the afternoon noon manager is disrespectful. he wears slippers at work the way he presents himself shows how the whole afternoon crew performs. Wendy’s in the Bronx are just awful..

I got take out today. The chicken sandwich had spots that were bright yellow- absolutely disgusting. It was gummy. The chicken nuggets looked fine but I tossed everything out just in case. I’ve ordered from this location previously and it’s the first time this occurs.

Very laid back atmosphere. The workers/crew were dedicated to great service and good food. I tried the New pretzel baconator and the ghost pepper fries. Both were a hit. They did not miss with this one.

Light skin lady manager has no customer service skills and lack of respect. Talk about the customers in front of them and is upset she has to refund an order her staff did wrong. Maybe if she was a better manager and knows how to handle her staff, she wouldn’t have to deal with returns and upset customers.
