I used to enjoy this location but their food quality and service has really fallen off. The chicken on their sandwiches is more of a patty than a filet, which is not okay at the prices they charge. I paid for a cookie that was hard as a rock. And they constantly give you the wrong items, usually a cheaper version of what you paid for (received a single patty instead of a double). There are currently far better options around this location where you actually get your money's worth.

I’ve been to this location before several times, as it’s the only one in my area. Sadly this is the last time, NEVERMORE. We took a chance for the Krabby Patty experience, the burger was subpar, no tomatoes and they skimped on sauce. This is a budget Wendy’s franchise. The frosty machine wasn’t working AGAIN, can’t tell you if it ever worked, so surprise no pineapple frosty. Please close down this franchise, as it’s a representation of Wendy’s brand Look at that boring burger it’s a child burger that I overpaid for.

My husband went for breakfast this morning. They were rude at the drive thru and the window. He ordered 2 bacon egg n cheese biscuits n 2 sausage egg n cheese biscuits. He got home and they were all bacon! Also ordered 2 "hash browns" and only received 1! Didn't give a receipt or provide one when he asked. Oh, and he waited over 10 min for French toast sticks! We will never go back to this location, we will be going to the one on Howard. I wish I could give zero stars!

When we walked in, there was a guy at the counter prepping orders. He looked in our direction a couple of times but never acknowledged us or said anything. A Hispanic lady walks, walks right up to the counter, and he asked her if she’s waiting for an order and helps her out. We stand there for another 10 to 12 minutes before I finally ask “hey is anyone taking orders?” to which I received a dry reply of “yea” and he went right back to doing what he was doing. After standing there for 10 more minutes, he slowly walks over to the register and I asked for his manager. I explained the situation and basically just let her know that it would be great to at least be acknowledge or for someone to say something who is standing right at the counter instead of just looking at us like we’re not even standing there. You work in Customer Service if you don’t want to do your job properly, then quit.
