We've been going to Whataburger for years, and it’s always been our go-to spot for good burgers. They are consistently tasty, the onion rings hit the spot, and the Spicy Ketchup is a must. Recently, we started using their new app, and it’s a real game-changer - offering discounts and even free meals, which makes a good thing even better.On our last visit, I placed an order through the app and everything was hot and ready when I arrived. Quick, easy, and delicious.I saw the sign about the new Banana Pudding shake but was in a hurry. I asked how long it would take if I ordered one.He said “not too long”. As I was paying, a young lady was making a shake. He handed me my receipt and Olivia handed me my shake. That's fast.She had heard I was pressed for time and made a point to help speed the order up. Little things like this keep me coming back.

Two stars because of a recent experience. I placed a late pick up order and when I arrived I was asked to park. They also made me sign a sheet with my name and the time I arrived. I waited a long while before receiving notification that they canceled my order due to a technical issue. I asked them about it and they stated they weren't responsible and took no accountability. I got there early, signed in like they asked and parked like they asked, and they still canceled my order because they forgot to come out and hand it to me.

Very good lunch time Whatburger #7 just as ordered. Sonia and team have it going on . Everyone had a smile and restaurants clean from restroom to dining room. Keep it up as I travel the state and this one is a winner!!

This is my first bad experience with Whataburger!!!! My order was completely wrong , I waited 30+ minutes, I should have known when I drove up and saw 3 employees outside smoking . I order the new advertised burger and received a chicken sandwich instead!!! On top of that I order a medium fry , I got half a batch. And everything was cold ? I’m not understanding as I only live 3 minutes away ! I would like to speak to somebody about this matter , always the drive thru working at 5:40am was rude and knew the order was wrong !!! I also didn’t receive my cinnamon roll that I paid for !!

We haven't had power for a while so we were looking for some food. The staff was super friendly and quick considering the amount of customers. Would of given 5 stars if my milkshake was the flavor I ordered and not melted into milk
