The oriental grilled chicken salad was satisfying but that was about it. I took half of it home. The real rockstar was the soft pretzel sticks. They were deep fried and had a crispy crust though very soft inside. Service was good but there was a strange odor in the restaurant that was distracting and not pleasant.

All you care to eat chicken tenders, shrimp and riblets do not disappoint! The fries were not the freshest and the coleslaw was not the best I've had. But we did have excellent service so that made up for it. They were playing a lot of Mexican music very loudly at 6:30pm on a Monday but I double checked and I was at Applebee's and not the Mexican restaurant. Other than the weird music choice the atmosphere was ok I guess.

I've been there 3 times in the past 6 months or so.The only knock I could possibly bring on the place is that it's been very much not busy. But I tend to go at off times to avoid just that.People don't seem to understand that if it's not busy, you're typically not gonna have a full staff front of the house. So be a little patient with the hostess and waitress. And food isn't a 5 min thing. Have a modicum of patience, and your meal will taste that much better.All 3 experiences I've had there were great. My staff treated me well, they brought me exactly what I asked for, and I left with a full belly and a smile.

We walked in at about 7:30 on a saturday. The place wasn't really very busy, but they're also didn't seem to be many staff there. We were seated and proceeded to wait for our server. 10 minutes later, the server came to take our drink orders. Then came back with one drink, which was wrong, and then left to correct that. 10 minutes later, still no sign of them. We just left. The experience was horrible already, so we didn't want to chance the food.

My wife and I went here with our 8 year old this Thursday evening around 7pm. We were seated promptly in an area with other diners in various states of waiting for their bill or waiting to have their drink orders taken. After 20 minutes of no one greeting us, we left. There appeared to be two waitresses in our section and both walked past us multiple times. I'm not sure why we weren't acknowledged, even to just say "we'll be with you as soon as we can."
