Aug 1st at around 8:30-9:00pm we showed up for dinner. While the food and the drinks were very enjoyable. The service was very lacking. Don't know if the young man was new or not. We were not greeted. We eventually sat ourselves. Our waiter forgot about our waters and our drinks and it seemed like it took about 35 to 40 minutes for us to receive our food. And he did not come and check in on us. Our appetizers came out with our entrees. And the manager talked to every other table, but ours. The oysters were good. The trio sample was good. The potatoes had no seasoning, and the corn had no seasoning whatsoever. The brisket fries and the cheese dip were very good. We had to let them know that we don't eat pork because it's actually pork in there Beans. Overall, the food was good.The service just needs improvement.

I found this establishment to be satisfactory and anticipate returning during my next visit to the locale. The server provided excellent service, demonstrating both helpfulness and courtesy, and the cuisine was of a high standard. Furthermore, the beverage, while substantial in size, was exceptionally palatable.

I had an amazing experience at BB’s restaurant! The wait was really long, but let me tell you, the food was absolutely worth the wait. The dishes were bursting with flavor, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making the whole vibe warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was lively, and you could feel the passion they put into every detail. I’m already looking forward to my next visit—BB’s is a gem!

I visited the location on Eldridge yesterday. My sister and daughter have been at this and other locations but this was my first time. I was pleased with the level of service by our waiter and the quality of food they had to offer. They were out of a couple of menu items but all in all we had a great time. We had just left my son's cremation and were looking to unwind from the heartbreaking occasion. Thanks BB's for helping us do that!! My husband and I plan to try the location near us very soon.

I ate here after a long shift with my partner and had an incredible experience. I was exhausted and hungry after a long shift and was met with great hospitality. Our server, JP, greeted us immediately and our food came out very quickly. I value service above everything but every aspect of my dining experience exceeded my expectations. Try and sit with JP if you visit!
