★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Bombay Bistros in the West Village is a great spot if you're craving flavorful Indian food. Every dish I tried was packed with rich spices and bold flavors, and the portions were just right. The service was also impressively fast — perfect for a quick lunch or casual dinner. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to when I’m in the area.
July 08 · John GonsalvesThis is a nice place to go on a date or meet up with friends or family. The ambiance and decor are a bit unique and that is the main attraction here. The service is very good. Staff are attentive and friendly. The food is pretty good. It's not the best Indian I have had. However, it is tasty. They make biriani authentic style with atta sealed on top. It's definitely worth a try!
July 04 · Robert KachrooLoved this spot for Indian cuisine that’s just a tad bit playful but overall dedicated to the staples of a popular Indian meal. You get your favorites like the butter chicken and lamb but also less traditional options like a polenta side. Reliable spot in the WV!
January 26 · Rovik RobertWonderful experience dining at Bombay Bistros in West Village midweek for a date night - the food was quality, delicious, authentic & generous in portions. We had the dinner prix fixe - and was pleased with the options of entree, side, naan & included an alcoholic beverage that was very reasonably priced. The prix fixe didn’t skimp on portion size as some often do - and the value of wine/cocktail choices was great.AJ was a welcoming manager and we had She serve us with smiles, warmth and excellent hospitality. Great Indian restaurant in West Village!
March 12 · Nick Win LawFood and vibe were great! Went here on a date night. Enjoyed the pani puri, lamb biryani, butter chicken, and seekh kebab as well as the cocktails. The decor is giving an old school Indian colonial vibe, and even had old amitab bhajan movie playing in a corner. Service was very attentive. Would come back!
