We were looking for somewhere for pancakes for breakfast and came across Breakfast by Salt’s Cure. A lot of the reviews said they had to wait a long time to get seated but we walked right in on a Tuesday morning at 9am.You order at the counter and then sit down. We both ordered The Classic which is 2 OG griddle cakes, 2 sausage patties of your choice and then 2 eggs in the style of your choice.I’d never had a pancake like this but it was absolutely delicious and so light! They had some sort of cinnamon sugar on them which was just the right amount. We both opted for the chicken sausage which was tasty - however the shape was quite foreign to us as Scottish people 😆We had a lovely leisurely breakfast here sitting and enjoying the February sun and reading our books after our breakfast. The breakfast was so reasonably priced compared to a lot of other places we went too. Have recommended to a few people who are visiting New York soon. - Lily Johnston
