I ordered through UberEats, and I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.I love packaging, I feel it says a lot about a company. Their packaging was cute and simple. A+ on that.I placed my order just before closing, so I got the end of night items. Despite that, the donuts were fresh and moist, the dumplings were flavorful, and the drinks were great. I’m not a fan of the mango milk foam, though—it’s a bit too thick for me, but the flavor is still good.Customer service was exceptional! I got a call letting me know that some items weren’t available since it was near closing time. They gave me alternative options to choose from. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who helped me, but I really appreciated that he offered me 3 extra donuts as compensation for the inconvenience. Plus, when some items were accidentally left behind, he went out of his way to personally bring them to my location. Thank you! It was a wonderful experience!

I ordered from bubbles and bites Tuesday and had a bit of a problem with my order I was missing two items and the food at the time was not right, so I decided to write a review when Uber eats would not help with the issue. I was contacted right away from bubbles and bites and informed that the day I ordered there was a problem with one of the staff and it ended in the person being fired and messing up orders. They apologized for any inconvenience and and wanted to send me and my family the items that we never got and a replacement mea.l so long story short we got everything and we were not disappointed

Most disgusting “Korean” food I ever had. Must be an American in that kitchen. Or frozen reheated food. I ordered the bulgogi over rice and it arrived burnt charred, inedible. No flavor. I threw it right in the trash. Gross. I ordered the mochi s'more's and they sent me a dry , stale plain donut. Absolutely disappointed especially since this was my first time ordering from them. Never again.waste of money and I couldn’t get a refund through DoorDash even with photo proof of the burnt food. Also extremely long wait for the food, over an hour just for it to be burnt and nasty.

My favorite is the mango milk foam light sugar with brown bubbles. The dim sum options are delicious as well. Hagow super good. Delivery came pretty fast. And they threw in a free mochi donut.
