We were seated quickly after entering. The music wasn't as loud as it was the last time I visited a Bufflo wild wings.We decided to eat here for the $9.99 bottomless appetizers. You can swap between 5 different kinds, and 4 people can share them. Each additional person is charged around $2.59. We sampled all the appetizers, and honestly, the queso dip and chips were the best. The fried pickles were bland due to lack of paprika or similar seasoning in the breading. Onion rings were decent but tasted like beer-battered, which isn't my preference. The chips and salsa weren't impressive, and the mozzarella sticks lacked seasoning. We did try the cheese curds. These were good! But again, we needed parsley or some sort of seasoning. With recent price hikes, companies seem to be cutting corners on ingredients, which is unfortunate. This experience won't encourage a repeat visit.Our waitress was new. She has great potential. We often waited a while in asking for refills..

Nice and clean place. Service was good. But food which in my opinion should be the main experience is horrible. Burger less than average. Cheese fries was a joke, looked & tasted disgusting as if it was served to someone else & remicrowaved a day later.

I usually enjoy eating at BWW—love the Ultimate Nachos, and Traditional Wings. But this time was really disappointing. It took forever to get our order, and the nachos were a mess. The chips were undercooked and stuck together, barely any cheese or sauce, and hardly any chicken—even after asking for extra. Just way too many chips and not much else. We couldn’t even eat it and ended up leaving it. Overall, a bad experience this time.

Hands down the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at this location. If I could give zero stars I would. We waited probably 10 minutes with no one in line to just be seated, then with a whole area with open and clean tables the host takes us to a dirty table, which they quickly cleaned and wiped down leaving it still sticky and wet. There were straw wraps literally stuck to the wall. It took probably 15 minutes before we were greeted and asked for drinks at the table, mind you the server had maybe 5 tables. We watched 3 different tables get up and get their own napkins, straws and silverware. Not the restaurants fault but we got stuck next to a family with screaming kids who threw stuff at our table and were extremely rude and loud. While waiting we literally watched two groups of people get up and walk out because they were never acknowledged. We were told the food was taking alittle long because they were getting fresh boneless wings, 20 minutes later we get the wings and they’re barely even warm and hard, we asked for forks at this time and after 10 minutes of waiting the waitress finally brings them to us, and they were dirty. At this point our food was cold and we were ready to just leave. When we got the check the waitress apologized and said everyone called off tonight but I’m confused because it wasn’t even busy as again there was maybe 5 tables? I do not recommend and will never be back to this location, honestly needs shut down.

I had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings today thanks to Cinda! She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our table was well taken care of. From keeping our drinks full to making sure our wings came out just the way we ordered, she made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers!
