So I have mixed feelings about writing this review. I do not want to be a jerk about it, but I'm going to tell things as I observe them. I love coming here, my wife loves coming here, and many of our friends love coming here. Usually we get great service. If you ever come here and you get Jasmine, you will be treated like royalty. She is always awesome. Unfortunately, Jasmine was not here tonight and we had a different server. That's not an issue usually, except that the server was really slow. To her credit, and she was polite, kept her cool and all that. We had to ask multiple times from napkins, glasses of water, and the drinks took forever. And when I say forever, I might as well have gone home and made my own drink. While the food orders were technically correct, we didn't get certain little things like the carrots that come with the food, and the french fries took forever to arrive. Added. On top of that, I did not get my to-go box. This might sound like a little thing, and normally it would not be annoying, except that when you add everything else on top of it, it made the lack of a to-go box quite annoying here. I only ate five of my 10 wings and was hoping to have some leftovers for tomorrow. Had I known this was going to be the issue, I would have ordered a smaller size wings.. I hope this place does better in the future because I really like it.

Only visit this place if you have plenty of time to spare. I stopped by for lunch, restaurant was pretty empty, which i thought was good. Upon sitting down our waitress took our drink orders right away but immediately walked off before we had a chance to order an appetizer. I assumed she’d return shortly, but that was the last time she acknowledged us.Our drinks took 30 minutes to arrive, and no water was offered while we waited. They were eventually brought over by what seemed to be a manager, who also took our food order but his attitude was less than friendly.It took another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The wings were cold, and the mac & cheese my daughter ordered was burnt. We ate only because we were hungry.No one checked on us during the meal…I would’ve ordered another drink if given the chance. It also took an unreasonably long time to flag someone down just to close out our check. Definitely go to pluckers or maybe try a different BWW location.

Arrived at 7. Rude host, no order to who got tables first. I asked to join wait list she said no list she will call someone came in after and was allowed to join queue. Got seated in the bar area at half 7, food arrived at half 9. Chased many servers for an ETA on food arrival (after an hour and a half and other people who arrived after getting there food first) and was told ‘it comes when it comes’ finally got a server (man) who we asked and he was understanding and friendly and got us our food straight away. Had to send fries back as was cold.Only thing positive was the male server who we had for the last 30 minutes.

Was hungry for wings. Noticed they open late and decided to order to go because their phone just rang for 10 minutes without anyone picking it up. When I got there, although the place was empty except a few customers, there was no hostess or anyone at the take out counter. It took another 7 minute for someone to come to assist me and take the order. After waiting another 10 minutes the order came out and it was wrong. I had asked for extra crispy fries with no seasoning. It came out cold, salted and stale, like it had been sitting there a while. I waited another 5 minute to talk to someone to ask for fresh fries. This place has terrible customer service and really bad service period. Will not be returning to this location any time soon. I will take my business to where it is appreciated. Don't go here, the service is horrendous.

The worst BWW I have ever been to and it's not close. Went a month or so ago, sat inside by the bar. Service was slow, food took forever, came out room temperature and several wings were completely dry with almost no sauce on them. I brushed this off as a one time issue and didn't think much of it.This brings us to last night. We place an order through the app for pickup at 6:30. I arrive on time and there is a large crowd of people around the front counter waiting on to go orders, no worker in sight. 7:30 comes and we still do not have our food. This is when I see a table that came in after 7:00 get food delivered to their table. This got me heated, I asked to speak to a manager, his name was Dale, and this is where I was met with nothing but invalid excuses. He tried saying they ordered something different than me, nope, they got wings and fries, same as me. Tried saying the to-go and dine ins are handled differently by the kitchen. When I pressed him about saying to go orders are not a priority he immediately back tracked and said that's not what was said. After more back and forth with pathetic excuses, he ended up throwing his hands in the air and said "Well what would you like me to do?". Never was offered an apology, never was offered any solution, just "That's the way it is.". I told him don't even worry about it, I'll never be back at his establishment.Overall, this has to be the single worst BWW and it's not even close. I truly feel this all comes down to impressively poor management. Plenty of 1 star reviews to go around, wish I would have read them before wasting my time and money here. Take your money anywhere but here.
